Meet Sahar Aubon

With an extensive background in international trade and finance, Sahar brings a unique perspective and skillset to the Braswell Team at Compass. Her 12+ years of experience in business on a global level gives her a strong understanding of the importance of market value, negotiation, and unparalleled interpersonal skills.

As a native Houstonian, Sahar graduated from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston with a degree in Finance and Marketing. Being located at the hub of the Oil & Gas industry, she started her career as a commodities trader. This role took her to every corner of the world where she successfully negotiated deals ranging from petrochemical trades to uranium off-take agreements. She has called NYC home for the past 7 years.

Andrew first learned real estate in high school while working the front desk at his aunt’s firm in Palm Beach, Florida. He then decided to enter the industry himself after moving to New York.

Andrew specializes in high-end insurance relocation and residential sales. He understands the stress that accompanies making tough decisions, and always works to ensure that his clients feel confident in taking the next step toward their future. Outside of real estate, Andrew supports many social causes including animal welfare, LGBT and women's rights, and organizations that help homelessness. He works tirelessly to make NYC a better place for all - not only his clients.

Meet Patrick Esparrago

Patrick Esparrago's three decades in finance and wealth management give him an excellent understanding of how to balance his clients' wants and needs with significant financial underpinnings. His sales experience and knowledge of financing and complex transactions has equipped him with a specialized skill in negotiating transactions and handling contracts on behalf of his clients. Patrick's high benchmark has been cultivated by his clients’ trust and their success.

A Missouri native, Patrick has called (Hell’s Kitchen) Manhattan home since 1994 and has an unparalleled knowledge of New York City’s landscape and markets. He received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Missouri-Columbia and began his career in wealth management and finance. His mid-western upbringing offers his clients trust, transparency, and true dedication, while his time in NYC has given him the competitive edge needed in an aggressive real estate market.
 
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys traveling, playing tennis and basketball, caring for his plants, and is an avid foodie.
